Alvi Packaging Industries was established to manufacture
Gummed Paper Tapes for sealing Paper Corrugated Boxes with one
coating line of 760mm width.

Coating line renovated and updated by installing VFD’s for better accuracy and quality parameters.

New generation starch based adhesive developed to replace Technical Gelatin as the base for adhesives.

Addition of Second coating line of 1200mm width with Multi-Coating head. Two – five drive Centre Surface slitters installed.

Developed High tack Printed Gummed Paper Edge/End Tapes for Gypsum and Cement Board Industries.

Took us almost two years to completely install and run the new coating & laminating unit for manufacturing of Reinforced Gummed Paper Tapes, battling delays in delivery, commissioning, etc due to multiple waves of COVID. But now we are ready with the product which is MADE IN INDIA, FOR THE WORLD.
